Travel - Please visit the ride insurance dashboard in your Ola profile section to know the status of your trip insurance and Emergency Health Cover

Health Insurance - Please visit the ‘My Policies’ tab in your Insurance dashboard to know the status of your health insurance policies

Trip Insurance - Valid for every eligible ride for the duration of the ride
Emergency Health Cover - Valid for every eligible ride for 15-days (i.e date of trip + 14 days)
Health Insurance - Both Super Top Up and Hospicash are valid for 1 year form the date of purchase

Travel - Visit the Ride History section (‘Your Rides’) on your Ola app and select the ride. Click on the ‘Email My Policy’ link to access your policy document

Health Insurance - The policy will be mailed to you on your Ola registered mail id on the day of the purchase. Incase you do not receive the policy, please mail us at insurance.support@olacabs.com

Trip Insurance - Go to the Ride History section (‘Your Rides’) on the Ola app and select the ride on which the claim needs to be raised. In the support section, tap on ‘Claim Insurance for this ride’ from the list of the issues For more details please visit the Trip Insurance FAQ Section

Emergency Health Cover - Go to the Ride History section (‘Your Rides’) on the Ola app and select the ride on which Emergency Health Cover is applicable. In the support section, click on ‘Emergency Health Cover’ and then click on ‘I want to Claim Emergency Health Cover Insurance’ For more details please visit the Emergency Health Cover FAQ section

Health Insurance - Please Email us at insurance.support@olacabs.com to intimate us about the claim. Our health insurance support team will guide you with the claims process. For more details on claims process, please visit the SuperTop Up or Hospicash FAQ pages

Travel - You can opt out of travel insurance or ride benefits by visiting the ride insurance dashboard in your Ola profile section

Health Insurance - Please Email us at insurance.support@olacabs.com to raise a cancellation request
